Job Description
Join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare to one of our Community Outreach partners in Stillwater, MN. We are seeking a Part-time Licensed Dental Hygienist to deliver patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education.
The schedule is very flexible, as little as one day a week, however, we wellcome additional hours too!

Competitive Hourly Pay (Non-Exempt Position)
Loan Forgiveness Opportunities: Up to $55,000 for full-time and Up to $30,000 for part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planning
Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified
Take and develop dental x-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing
2-4 years of clinical experience preferred
Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Local anesthesia/N2O certification
Valid state driver’s license
Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish preferred based on clinic location)
