Part-Time Medical Office Administrator / Receptionist
Pro Health Chiropractic & Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Hours
Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
A flexible schedule is essential, as occasional coverage for vacations and staff absences may be required.

Chiropractic

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
Schedule and manage appointments
Answer phones and respond to emails
Process payments and insurance claims
Submit direct billing to insurance providers
Support our practitioners and assist with the daily operations of the clinic
Help maintain a positive and efficient experience for both patients and staff
Qualifications
Experience working in a medical or allied health clinic is strongly preferred.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience using Jane App (a strong asset)
Experience with direct billing (a strong asset)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A flexible schedule with the ability to pick up additional shifts when needed
