Job Description
Front Office Receptionist – Radiology Facility
Join our dynamic and growing radiological facility in a fun, fast-paced work environment! We’re seeking an energetic and personable Front Office Receptionist to help create a welcoming experience for our patients.
Projected Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-6pm
Potential for full time in future.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Scheduling and checking in patients
Verifying insurance benefits
Answering and directing phone calls
Maintaining organization and multitasking effectively
Qualifications:
Bilingual required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between office locations as needed. This will include evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
