Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental clinic team. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with dentists and dental assistants to deliver high-quality services while adhering to the highest standards of infection control and aseptic techniques.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' oral health, including reviewing medical records and medical imaging.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Implement infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques throughout all procedures.
Support the dentist during examinations
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Taking xrays
Laser certified preferred
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license
Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
