Schedule: Flexible (1 to 4 days per month / Bi-weekly or Weekly available)
Pay Rate: $1,500.00+ per day guarantee AND 35%–40% of Adjusted Production (Whichever is higher)

We are a well-established, highly-rated private dental practice in Annandale, VA, looking for a caring and experienced Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist) to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
Our practice serves a large, family-oriented patient base with a continuous influx of young patients and pediatric referrals. You will be stepping into an active schedule with full clinical autonomy and a supportive team dedicated to creating a positive, stress-free environment for kids and parents.
Whether you are looking to supplement your current schedule or build a dedicated day each week/bi-week, we offer a turn-key opportunity with top-tier compensation.
[Key Responsibilities]
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive treatments, restorative procedures, pulpotomies, stainless steel/zirconia crowns, and space maintainers.
Diagnose and treat oral health issues in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.

[Qualifications]
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency program.
Active Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry.
Active Virginia Dental License (or in the process of obtaining).
Active DEA certification, Nitrous Oxide permit, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Warm, energetic personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
