Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care, promoting oral health education, and supporting the overall functioning of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental hygiene procedures, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with dental technology and terminology.
Duties
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including cleaning teeth, examining oral health, and providing preventive dental services.
Perform dental x-rays accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices and treatment plans to promote oral health.
Maintain and update medical records with precision, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, explain procedures, and provide reassurance.
Operate and maintain dental equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency during procedures.
Utilize dental terminology accurately when documenting and explaining treatments.
Assist in managing patient flow and ensuring a smooth clinic operation.
Experience
Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is required.
Proficiency in using Eagle Soft software is highly preferred.
Experience with dental x-ray procedures is essential.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with dental equipment and patient education techniques is necessary.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
