GP Dentistry Fairfield is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Mondays and Wednesday, with the potential for one additional day per week.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health care instructions
- Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft or other dental practice management systems
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Provide dental care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Knowledge of medical records systems and ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records
- comfortable using intra oral scanner and educating paitents about the wellenss scans
- Experience in dental assisting and familiarity with dental procedures and instruments
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols in a dental setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry
- Ability to assess patients' oral health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Comfortable working with pediatric patients and providing age-appropriate dental care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
