As one of the first faces and voices our patients encounter, you'll play a critical role in creating the exceptional experience we're known for - from a new patient's first inquiry to the day they complete treatment with a confident smile.

What You'll Do:
Welcome patients and families with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Create an exceptional first impression for every patient who walks through our doors
Coordinate appointments and support the day-to-day flow of the practice
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families throughout their orthodontic journey
Assist patients with insurance questions, benefits verification, and payment arrangements
Communicate with insurance providers and help patients maximize their orthodontic benefits
Connect with new patient inquiries by phone, text, email, and in person
Guide prospective patients through the consultation and treatment-start process
Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for
Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and team members alike
