What You'll Do
Welcome patients with warmth and confidence
Keep the clinic running smoothly — phones, scheduling, check-ins, billing
Clearly explain treatment plans and insurance
Be the connection between patients and the clinical team
What You Bring
2+ years in a dental office
Strong understanding of dental terminology
Experience with Cleardent or similar software
Clear, calm, and confident communication
Who You Are
You lead with a hospitality mindset
You stay composed in a fast-paced environment
You're organized, proactive, and dependable
