Pediatric Dental Group of New York is looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our growing pediatric practice.
As the first person our patients and families see when they walk through our doors, you set the tone for their entire visit. Your smile, kindness, and professionalism help children feel comfortable, reassure parents, and create an exceptional experience from the very first hello.

What You'll Do
Welcome every patient and family with a warm, friendly smile
Be the first point of contact and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify insurance and assist with patient registration
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
Communicate with parents regarding appointments and treatment needs

Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
An excellent communicator with a positive attitude
Organized and able to multitask in a busy office
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service

Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with an exceptional attitude and a passion for helping families.
