Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage a high volume of inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records using CRM and practice management software
Coordinate appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling as needed
Support the clinical team with smooth day-to-day front desk operations
Ensure the reception area reflects the high standards of our brand
Qualifications
1–2 years of high-volume front desk or reception experience in a medical, dental, or medical aesthetics setting required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
Experience with CRM or practice management software strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional, polished, and patient-centered approach
Interest in growing into an Office Manager role is a plus
