Job Description
Our busy pediatric dental practice is looking for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Seeking an out-going, team player with previous experience working in a medical or dental front office position, completing tasks such as call handling, scheduling, insurance billing, collections, etc. Strong customer service skills are required.
Individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented and dedicated to completing goals, along with maintaining relevant experience are invited to apply today!
Qualifications:
Excellent at multi-tasking.
Minimum of 2 years experience in dental/medical front office.
Outgoing personality & commitment to excellence.
Duties:
Handling a high volume of phone calls.
Checking patients in/out from appointments.
Scheduling appointments.
Reviewing treatment plans/fees.
Assisting with dental insurance verifications.
Connecting with pediatricians and other members of a child's healthcare team.
Dressing up in costume, singing as though no one is listening, silly dancing, and other random, yet awesome activities to help ease a child's fear.

Primary duty location is our Brunswick office location - eligible applicants must also be available for coverage at our Hinesville and Richmond Hill location on an as-needed basis.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. Starting pay at $16 - $18 per hour with potential to increase to $21 per hour at 90 days.
