About us
Metro ENT is growing and looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact and face of the business for our patients. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in a service or patient facing industries, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a great experience for our patients!
Spanish Speaking would be a huge plus!
Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls
Take payments
Schedule new patients, manage EHR
Confirm appointments
Verify, collect, and upload insurance information
Welcome and check in patients upon their arrival
Respond to patients questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Manage referrals, upload documentation, keep detailed records
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical terminology and Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Mac products Preferred)
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical administrative support and office management
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
Proficiency in computer skills, including medical software
Bilingual in Spanish, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations
Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
