Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist

We are a high tech, boutique-like orthodontic office providing specialized care in the Bellevue area. We have a lively, cohesive, hard-working team and are looking for a new team member to accept and process incoming patient calls, emails and text messages, schedule patients as needed and answer any questions they may have.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Professional, curteous, and customer-oriented attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Answer in-coming patient phone calls, emails, and text messages
Communicate with other offices as necessary
Coordinate patient referrals
Process and file incoming paperwork, mail, and insurance information
Collaborate with our clinical technicians, digital coordinator, insurance specialist, and the doctors as needed throughout the work day
Run practice report and statistics
Take part in marketing campaigns

Position is available for either three 10hr days M-W or, for the right candidate, four 10hr days M-Th with marketing responsibilities.
