Are you a highly motivated individual with a background in sales, customer service, or clinic administration? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment, love to multi task and enjoy working closely with people? We’re expanding our vibrant team at Mission Eye Care and are looking for someone eager to grow with us full time in our Patient Care Coordinator role!
Mission Eye Care is a lively, customer-service orientated clinic. With both our optometry and medical aesthetic clinics growing, the right candidate will bring their skills and expertise to continue to foster growth and long-term relationships with our patients. Whether you’re coming from a retail, hospitality, or health care background, your ability to connect with people and drive results is what matters most. We are committed to training all employees to ensure top of the line knowledge and care.
What You'll Do:
Greet patients, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
Respond to phone calls, texts and emails promptly and professionally
Book appointments and manage schedules
Educate patients about services and products
Process insurance claims and referrals
Guide patients through purchase decisions and product sales
Take initiative and support the team with other administrative duties as needed

Brings a strong background in sales, customer service, or clinic admin
Has a natural ability to connect with people and build relationships
Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Is organized, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
Communicates clearly and professionally in spoken and written English

Enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
Has a passion for health, wellness, and delivering top-notch care
*Experience in optometry, aesthetics, or medical office administration is a strong asset, but not required.
