Your Role as a Med Spa Front Desk Staff at RxWellness A&A
RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging is seeking a motivated and client-focused Front Desk member to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the client experience across all RxWellness locations, guiding clients from their initial booking through the completion of their treatments and assisting providers as needed. Reporting directly to Phoebe Casey, COO, and working alongside a team of cross-practice Managers, Doctors, and Nurses, you will support our mission of enhancing wellness through exceptional client care.

Shift & Schedule:
Primary Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm.

Additional Support: Saturday hours as requested if available and willing
Primary Locations:
While this role will provide support across all RxWellness locations, the main site for commuting is ALDIE.

You will:
Front Desk Support: Assist with client relations, efficient scheduling, timely appointment management, and client communication.

Assist Providers: Support providers with daily functions, maintaining a seamless, client-focused environment.

Promote Wellness: Educate clients about our products, skincare regimens, and additional services to enhance their experience, promoting cross-selling and membership sales.

Maintain High Standards: Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area to uphold our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Sales and Service Education: Engage clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans, closing sales effectively.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and client-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic wellness environment. Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong Customer Service Skills: Professional and friendly demeanor with a passion for client care.

Scheduling Efficiency: Ability to manage scheduling and appointments in a fast-paced setting.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in client engagement or sales with the ability to confidently promote services and memberships.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to cleanliness and detail.

Experience in a Med Spa or Wellness Setting: Previous experience is a plus but not required.
