Job Description
Our general family dental practice is seeking a bright and energetic full time front desk receptionist to join our growing team. This position requires a motivated individual who can pay close attention to detail while effectively multitasking. Strong candidates are creative, independent workers who take initiative, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work effectively in a team. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to our patients, and are looking for someone who can contribute to a positive overall experience for our dental patients.
Some daily job responsibilities include:
Communicating with patients professionally and effectively while fielding any of their questions in person, or over the phone or email.
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a sincere, warm, and friendly manner
Checking patients in while verifying paperwork and insurance information or changes
Checking patients out while collecting and posting payments, or submitting insurance claims, and scheduling patients for their next appointment
Confirmation calls for upcoming appointments.
Helping to maintain a neat and orderly workspace and overall office environment.
Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, efficient, self starters that have the ability to think logically and quickly under pressure. Previous dental experience is preferred, and knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.

Hours for this full time position are as follows:
M: 7 AM - 5 PM
Tu: 8 AM - 6 PM
W: 7 AM - 4 PM
Th: 7 AM - 4 PM
Fri: 7 AM - 1PM
