Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Coordinate schedules and manage patient appointments
Communicate with insurance companies regarding coverage and claims
Present treatment plans and handle financial discussions with patients
Maintain accurate and organized administrative records
