Patient Care Coordinator - Premier Pediatric Dental Practice - Front Desk

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, hard working, friendly, detail oriented, organized and professional front desk team member to join us in our customer service driven pediatric dental practice. We are a small team, so this is a unique opportunity to become a part of Seminole and St. Pete's premier pediatric dentistry office.

We are a husband and wife owned (both board certified pediatric dentists) practice that puts families and children first in a non-rushed, modern and kid friendly atmosphere. This opportunity is for someone ready to join a practice that is focused on building a great team, with room to advance for the right person. Any candidate MUST have EXCELLENT customer service skills, an upbeat demeanor, and be knowledgeable in dental codes, verifying private PPO insurance and processing claims. They should have absolutely no issues working as a team and bring a "help out in any way needed" attitude. The candidate must have experience verifying dental insurance and submitting and entering dental insurance claims.
