Dental Receptionist – Private Dental Office (Saint Petersburg, FL)
$18–$23/hour | Part time to Full-Time options| Bilingual is a plus
Are you a friendly, driven professional who loves creating positive patient experiences? Our private dental practice in Saint Petersburg, FL is looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
Be the welcoming face of our office—greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and insurance processing
Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to provide smooth daily operations
Support patients with compassion, clear communication, and a patient-focused attitude
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
A caring, patient-centered personality
Demonstrated initiative, independence, and reliability
