Patient Care Coordinator
Must Love Kids Pediatric Dentistry – Full-Time
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do
Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient schedule
Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Handle incoming correspondence and patient inquiries
Keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Previous dental front office or Patient Care Coordinator experience required
Pediatric dental experience is highly preferred
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume office
Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for working with children and families
Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player
Language Skills
