Compensation
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
Run and manage patient schedules efficiently
Verify dental insurance and help patients understand their benefits
Use Open Dental software
Communicate clearly and effectively with the clinical team
Provide excellent customer service and patient interaction
Review, decipher, and explain treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner
Problem-solve and handle patient questions or concerns professionally
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial information with patients
Dental front-office or patient care experience preferred
Open Dental experience is a plus
