Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Work Schedule: (4) Days a Week, (potential option for (5) days) & Wayne and Phoenixville practice locations
Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and is eager to grow within the dental field.
What We’re Looking For
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, grow, and cross-train within the practice
Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Open Dental and TDO a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
