Wave Dental Specialists Atlanta is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Buckhead!
Our brand-new, state-of-the-art multispecialty dental practice offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside an amazing team of dental professionals in a modern, high-tech environment.
We're looking for someone who loves interacting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish!
What You'll Do
Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out.
Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.
Present treatment plans, review financial arrangements, and help patients understand their payment options.
Assist patients with third-party financing options, including CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit.
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with clinical teams across multiple dental specialties to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental front office or patient coordinator experience required.
Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit preferred.
Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment plans, and patient financing.
Friendly, positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a busy, high-tech, multispecialty dental environment.
Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
