We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Treatment planning and coordinating patient care
Verifying dental insurance benefits
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Managing daily front office operations
Providing a welcoming, positive experience for our patients and their families
Supporting the team to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dental office experience preferred
Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus
