Overview
The Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. This role combines front desk responsibilities, patient communication, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and create a positive, friendly atmosphere
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Verify insurance information and assist with treatment coordination
Present financial options and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans
Handle general front office administrative tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with dental software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Spanish speaking is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
