We are a patient-centered dental practice seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Office Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patients, managing scheduling and front desk operations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day flow of the practice. Eaglesoft software experience is prefer but NOT requiredfor this role.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing questions.
Collect co-pays and balances at check-in or check-out.
Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is prefer.
Previous dental front office experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and patient scheduling.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, team-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $20 – $28 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week
Employment Type: W-2 employee.
