Hi5 Ortho is looking for a dedicated and skilled Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and manage patient flow
Coordinate treatment plans, insurance verification, and financial arrangements
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with front office communication
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance terminology and scheduling systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a patient-centered mindset
