Job Description
The team at Bright Dental Centre located in Russell, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a part-time basis.
The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

SCHEDULE:
21 hours per week
Monday & Wednesday 1-6:15pm
Tuesday & Thursday 12-5:15pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration
Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is a must
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organized and enjoys multitasking
Has a positive attitude and loves working as part of a team
