Job Description
Are you a people person? Do you love building relationships and making people smile? We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to be the "face" of our practice. We believe skills can be taught, but a great attitude is natural. If you are hard-working and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!
The Best Part? The Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: OFF.
Yes, that is a 3-day weekend, every single week.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients with a smile and check them in.
Keep our schedule full and productive.
Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options.
Draft treatment plans to help patients achieve their best oral health.
Handle payments and insurance claims.
What We’re Looking For:
Personality: You are outgoing, friendly, and a team player.
Drive: You are self-motivated and take pride in a job well done.
Tech: Experience with Open Dental is a huge plus, but we offer full training for the right candidate.
