At Anderson Periodontal Wellness, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone walks through our doors. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our front office team and become an integral part of our patient experience.
This is more than a receptionist position. We are seeking someone who wants to build a career in healthcare administration and is excited to learn every aspect of our front office operations. We are committed to training the right person who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and enjoys helping others.

What You'll Do
Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits and coordinate treatment scheduling
Manage patient records and documentation
Communicate with referring dental offices
Assist with financial arrangements and patient education
Learn all administrative responsibilities necessary to support a busy specialty practice
Work closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

Professional and dependable
Comfortable learning new technology and software

Experience
Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required.
Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is also valued.
