✨Patient Coordinator – Hugo Dental Care ✨

About the Role
The Patient Coordinator is the first and last impression of our practice. You will play a key role in keeping our schedule running smoothly, helping patients understand their treatment and insurance benefits, and maintaining strong communication with patients and other local offices.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Presenting treatment plans and providing accurate treatment estimates
Verifying dental insurance benefits
Submitting insurance claims and following up on unpaid or pending claims
Posting and reconciling insurance payments
Managing email and text communications with patients and other dental offices
Supporting front office operations as part of a collaborative team
What We’re Looking For:
Required: 5 years experience with dental insurance (major PPOs)
Required: Experience with Dentrix software
Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
A team player seeking a long-term position within a stable, community-focused practice
