Patient Experience Coordinator (Receptionist)
Westlake Smile Studio – Westlake Village, CA
At Westlake Smile Studio, we don’t just answer phones—we curate experiences.
We are a boutique, patient-focused dental practice known for delivering elevated, concierge-level care. Every detail matters—from the way we greet our patients to the way we guide them through their journey.
We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who naturally embodies warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is not a typical front desk role—this is a hospitality-driven position for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional first impressions.
What You’ll Do
Be the first and lasting impression of our practice—both in person and over the phone
Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for every patient
Schedule appointments efficiently while maintaining a seamless patient flow
Communicate clearly and confidently regarding appointments, services, and next steps
Support the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth daily operation
Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Who You Are
Customer-service driven (hospitality, luxury retail, or service industry experience is a strong plus)
Naturally friendly, polished, and professional
Coachable and open to growth and feedback
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
A strong communicator who makes people feel comfortable and cared for
Someone who thrives in a team-oriented, high-standard environment
