Job Description
Appleby Dental Professionals is looking for a friendly, energetic and dependable Patient Experience Coordinator to join our busy dental team.
This is a fast-paced, active position for someone who can think quickly, multitask and use good common sense. You will be the first point of contact for our patients while helping keep the front office and clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients as they arrive and leave
Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls promptly
Monitoring the schedule and clinic flow
Communicating with the clinical and front-office teams
Pulling and filing patient charts
Shredding, mail and general office duties
Cleaning high-touch surfaces and maintaining front-office areas
This is not a traditional sit-down reception position. The role involves regular walking, filing, pulling charts and shredding while remaining available for patients and phones.
We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, dependable and comfortable in a very busy environment. You must be able to prioritize, take initiative and stay calm when several things are happening at once.
Dental experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability, common sense and strong multitasking skills are most important.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
