Patient Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, and professional Patient Experience Coordinator to join our pediatric dental team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and families and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families, communicates well, stays organized in a busy environment, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting patients and families as they arrive
Checking patients in and out efficiently
Answering phones and assisting parents with questions
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Collecting payments and discussing balances with parents
Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
Communicating effectively with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Helping maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front office
Providing excellent customer service, even during busy or challenging situations
Following office policies and maintaining patient confidentiality

This is an important position within our team. You are often the first and last person our families interact with, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in making every family feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
