PhysioCare Barrhaven – Ottawa, ON
Full-Time | Evenings & Occasional Saturdays
At PhysioCare, we're looking for more than a receptionist—we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
If you're friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression.
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic schedule.
Process payments and insurance information.
Coordinate with our clinicians to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
What We're Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Previous experience in a medical clinic or customer service is an asset but not required.
