Your Responsibilities
As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient by:
Greeting and welcoming patients
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
Coordinating patient appointments and follow-up care
Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
Assisting patients in understanding their insurance benefits
Maintaining an organized schedule
Supporting our clinical team
Delivering exceptional customer service every single day

Dental experience is a plus—but not required.

We'll happily train someone with a great personality, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

Knowledge of Dentrix, Microsoft Word, and Excel is helpful but not required.

Compensation
$15–$21 per hour (based on experience)
PLUS incentive bonuses for treatment acceptance and practice performance.

Our Office
We're conveniently located in Miami, just minutes from FIU South Campus, near SW 42nd Street with easy access from SW 127th Avenue, SW 137th Avenue, and the Florida Turnpike.
