Job Summary
Patient Experience Coordinator / Receptionist
We're looking for a warm, sharp, detail-oriented receptionist to be the first voice and face our patients meet. This isn't a sit and answer phones job, you're the starting point of a structured consultation process, and how you run that first 15 minutes sets the tone for everything after it.
What you'll do:
Answer calls, schedule consultations, and collect consultation fees over the phone
Greet and check in patients, confirm required paperwork is complete before they're roomed
Keep the day moving — track where each patient is in the consultation flow and communicate with the clinical team on timing
Explain the consultation progress and general visit logistics
Handle a busy, detail-heavy front desk without losing warmth under pressure
What we're looking for:
Prior front-desk, medical office, or hospitality experience
Comfortable multitasking phones, check-ins, and paperwork simultaneously
Calm, organized, and genuinely good with people
Reliable and punctual
