Duties:
Using computers to update electronic patient records
Assisting with lab tasks as needed
Assisting with front office tasks as needed
Greeting and Screening Patients
Scheduling
Honor patient confidentiality
Data entry with accurate and timely record keeping
Receiving payments
Correspondence
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls

As a Patient Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience in our medical office. Additionally, your relevant experience with multi-line phone systems will aid in handling inquiries and appointments, contributing to a smooth operational environment.
