Job Description
Our High-Quality growing Dental Practice is seeking a Patient Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist. We are looking for someone who loves to learn and work with people. The ideal candidate will have a very positive personality! This is a position for a candidate looking for long term employment,
Functions include, but are not limited to:
-Front desk reception and customer service
-Check In/Check out
-Scheduling, confirming appointments, responding to emails
-Insurance verification, claim and pre-determination submission, following up with any claims or payment issues, calculating and collecting co-pays
Must have previous dental experience.
***Dental assisting experience a plus.***
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
