Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (clinic hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Off

About the Role
This is not a traditional front desk position.

As a Patient Relations Specialist, you are the first impression of our practice and a key driver of our growth. You will guide patients from their initial consultation through scheduling and treatment, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience every step of the way.

You will play a critical role in:
Creating exceptional patient experiences
Converting consultations into scheduled treatments
Optimizing provider schedules and clinic flow
Supporting practice growth through outstanding service
What You'll Do
Welcome and support patients in person and by phone
Build trust and rapport from the first interaction
Schedule consultations and treatments
Manage provider schedules and reduce gaps
Communicate insurance expectations and treatment next steps
Ensure patients are prepared for upcoming appointments
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a medical front office, patient coordination, healthcare hospitality, or customer service role
Strong communication skills and confidence discussing patient care and next steps
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with scheduling, patient flow management, sales, or conversion metrics is a plus
