Dental Receptionist – Full-Time | Corona, CA
Riverside Dental Group and Dental Associates is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team in Riverside. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping our office run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work alongside talented clinical and administrative professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding dental care to our community.

What You'll Do:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient account information
Support providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
Help create an exceptional experience focused on patient satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Previous dental office experience preferred
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment
Team player who enjoys working with both adults and children
