Dental Patient Service Representative – Anderson, MO Clinic
ACCESS Family Care is seeking a Dental Patient Service Representative to join our Anderson, MO dental clinic. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual who can support our patients and dental team with professionalism and compassion.
Position Highlights
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Languages: Must be proficient in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
Previous customer service experience required
Previous medical or dental office experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a welcoming, professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Verify insurance and update patient records
Support dental staff with administrative needs
Provide bilingual communication support for Spanish-speaking patients
