Job Description
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for creating a welcoming patient experience while keeping the doctors' schedules and front-office operations organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize doctors' schedules and appointments.
Identify and fill scheduling gaps, cancellations, and openings.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members.
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
Answer phones and respond to emails and text messages.
Assist patients with appointments, paperwork, and questions.
Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
Collect and document patient payments.
Communicate schedule changes and patient needs to the team.
Qualifications:
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
Warm, professional, compassionate approach.
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
Dental, medical, or administrative experience preferred.
Denticon experience is a plus.
