Patient Support Specialist

This role is a key part of our patient experience. As a patient support specialist, you will welcome families to the practice, assist with scheduling, manage phones and messages and serve as support for our treatment coordinator team.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, efficient, good with patient interaction and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
Support scheduling team during high-call-volume times
Assist Treatment Coordinators with patient records and other administrative responsibilities
Help maintain smooth patient flow in a busy office environment
What We’re Looking For
Medical, dental or orthodontic front office experience REQUIRED
Excellent phone skills and confident communication style
Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience or comfort working in a patient-facing role
Positive, team-oriented mindset
