We are a private dental practice dedicated to providing top-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. Must be reliable and dependable. Approximately 25-30 hours
**Requirements
Experience in the dental field
Commitment to a patient-centric Philosophy
Reliable, self starter with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
Keen knowledge of Dentrix software
Knowledge of Dental intel a plus
**Responsibilities
Welcoming and interacting with patients
Strong phone skills and excellent customer service are crucial in providing a positive experience for patients
Knowledge of dental insurance, including PPO and traditional plans to help patients understand there coverage and financial responsibilities
Discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
Recall and reactivation processes to help insure our patients return for regular cleaning and check ups
Following up on insurance claims for timely reimbursement
