Patient Treatment & Insurance Coordinator

Join a busy, patient-focused dental team where you'll help patients navigate treatment, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements while supporting daily front office operations.

What You'll Do
Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
Verify dental insurance benefits and communicate coverage details clearly
Present treatment recommendations and discuss payment options
Assist patients with financing and payment arrangements
Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment plans
Maintain accurate records using dental practice management software
Collaborate with providers and office leadership to support practice goals
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a dental office, patient coordination, or treatment presentation role
Strong understanding of dental insurance and patient financing
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience with Open Dental or similar software is a plus
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Availability Monday through Saturday
