Application Question(s):
Behavior Management — Can you describe your approach to managing anxious, fearful, or uncooperative pediatric patients? Are you familiar with techniques like tell-show-do or distraction methods?

Pediatric Experience — How many years of experience do you have working specifically with pediatric patients (infants through adolescents)?

Certification & Licensure — Do you hold a current dental assistant certification (e.g., CDA, RDA) in the state where this position is located? Are your CPR/BLS certifications up to date?

Chairside Assisting — Are you experienced in four-handed chairside assisting for common pediatric procedures such as sealants, fluoride treatments, pulpotomies, and stainless steel crowns?

Radiography — Do you hold a current dental radiography certification, and are you comfortable taking X-rays on young or uncooperative children?

Experience:
Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
