Job Description
Job Summary
M&M Pediatric Dentistry is a growing, family-owned pediatric dental office in Noblesville. We’ve created an office where kids can feel comfortable, parents feel welcome, and our team genuinely enjoys coming to work. We focus on high-quality, compassionate care while making dental visits as positive and fun as possible for our patients.
We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who brings a positive attitude, works well as part of a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Our office can be busy and fast-paced, so communication, dependability, flexibility, and teamwork are very important to us. We want someone who supports their coworkers and helps keep the day running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
Positive, friendly, team-driven attitude
Dependable and willing to help wherever needed
Comfortable working with children and families
Strong communication and organizational skills
Coronal polishing certification preferred
Indiana dental radiology license preferred
Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but a great personality and willingness to learn are just as important
We’re a small team, so finding the right personality and team fit is very important to us. We want someone who takes pride in their work, brings good energy to the office, and wants to grow with M&M Pediatric Dentistry.
Pay: $25.21 - $38.36 per hour
Benefits:
Paid time off
Work Location: In person
