Job Description
At Happy Harbor Pediatric Dentistry, we believe every child deserves a positive, fun, and stress-free dental experience. We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing pediatric dental family.

What You'll Do
Assist Dr. Burns during a variety of pediatric dental procedures
Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for children and parents
Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care
Support our team in delivering exceptional customer service
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while helping our office run smoothly
What We're Looking For
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
Pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-focused
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are highly valued and considered a strong asset
